Blue Green Large (Heavy) Wooden Bowl - handpainted with layered dots

All wood pieces are old, used and found at thrift stores or garage sales. I bring them home, clean them up and handpaint each dot using the head of a nail. They take a long time to make, but I'm patient and the process is lulling. I love making these pieces!

This bowl is decorative and not meant to serve food. It is heavy, maybe 3 pounds? Ah! I don't have a scale and I'm really bad at judging weigh! But seriously, this is a solid, sturdy bowl. It could look good on a coffee table, dining table, maybe near the front door so you can toss your mail into it.

No two pieces of mine are alike, and there will always be tiny flaws. I suppose that's part of the charm of marrying vintage to second hand to hand painted. It's incredibly hard to convey it in the photographs, but each of my pieces have a soft, bumpy texture, soothing to touch. This bowl is meant to be touched.

W: 13 in
H: 6 in
Weight: Heavy. See above.

Colors: blue green, naphthol crimson, naphthol red light, yellow oxide, light blue violet, baltic green, phthalocyanine blue, taupe.

Care: Gently wipe with damp cloth. Do not submerge or put in the dishwasher. Keep indoors.

Thank you so much for taking a look.
